This is the transcript of the 'TeamBoard TM - Operating the panel' video
Kelly:
Operating the Team Board interactive panel is easy to do with the onscreen controls or the remote control. The MLD has a power button in the center to turn the board on and off. There is also an additional mains power switch on the back. The sidebar menu can easily be accessed from either side of the panel by pressing the single vertical line icon. Here, you have an icon to access the homepage. The homepage has links to the native white boarding tool, and a handy reference guide. The pencil icon will open the native white boarding, allowing you to do some quick drawing and annotating. The computer icon opens the optional OPS.
Next is the sound and display settings menu, where you can access image and sound controls. The cable connection icon takes you to a menu for all available inputs, allowing you to swap easily between different connected devices. The three small rectangles opens the application management, and the arrow takes you back to the previous menu opened. To hide the sidebar, simply tap the double arrows at the top of the bar. On the remote control, you'll find many of the same functions as in the onscreen menu, some useful additional functions on the remote include extra navigation keys to help you move through the onscreen menus, and okay to confirm an action. The volume plus and minus buttons will control the volume of the MLD speakers, and you have a green mute button to silence the speakers. Use the yellow button to freeze the screen. This is useful if you wish to perform other actions or tasks on your connected device without your class or audience viewing. Don't forget to make sure you keep the remote in a handy place for you to access.
