Moving your files to cloud storage

How to prepare your files

This is a great opportunity for a spring clean of your personal and collaboration drives. Review files and folders to minimise what you need to move.

Delete:

  • files that are no longer needed
  • duplicate files
  • empty folders.

Simplify by:

  • thinking of ways to organise files
  • relocating folders with minimal content
  • reducing the depth of folders.
