Google Forms

Google Forms is a web-based app used to create forms for data collection purposes. 

What can I do with it? 

Google Forms lets you create a survey with lots of different kinds of questions:

  • Short answer
  • Long answer
  • Multiple choice
  • Checkboxes
  • Drop-down menu.
