Once you have been provided with a licence you will have access to the product(s) for 2 years. We are working on a process to re-use licences when a user no longer requires it.

All school-based staff will be able to apply for licences, regardless of their employment status. For casual staff that need the full Creative Cloud licence, we encourage you to use the school name and code from a school that you work at.

Yes. But we are asking all staff to consider if they require a Creative Cloud Licence. Guidance on how to make that decision can be found here.

Schools can use the EDConnect application process to upload a spreadsheet of users that require a licence, their usernames and their email addresses. File formats should be either .csv or .xlxs format.

You can use EMU to obtain CSV files for students. Please use the template provided to upload your spreadsheet.

As the licence is requested we will prioritise deployment. It will be a fast turnaround. Reducing impact to student learning is our priority.
