Microsoft collaboration tools

Microsoft has embedded effective collaborative tools across key platforms such as Word, PowerPoint and OneNote when storing these files in either a OneDrive or Teams shared space. Students and teachers can work together to share ideas, review their work and co-create their solutions giving greater flexibility and productivity in the classroom.

Microsoft Loop components are live, interactive, collaborative objects that you can embed in Microsoft Teams chats and emails, Microsoft OneNote for the web, as well as Microsoft Whiteboard. This means you don’t always need to have a shared document created to begin collaborating in real time. The Loop components stay in sync across all applications which helps teachers and their students think, plan and create together.

Microsoft Whiteboard is an application devoted to online collaboration. The freeform infinite digital canvas allows teachers and students to brainstorm and develop ideas together, save content automatically and resume work seamlessly. With the option to collaborate in Microsoft Teams on ideas and concepts, the classroom becomes more connected. It is available as a Windows desktop app, in the browser and also on mobile devices.
