Transcript of the 'Prowise - Operating the panel' video

This is the transcript of the 'Prowise - Operating the panel' video

Adam:

Operating the Prowise interactive panel is easy to do with the onscreen controls or the remote control. The front of the board has a multifunction button to turn the board on. It is important to note that there are two mains power switches, one located under the panel, near the middle, and the other at the rear of the panel.

The multifunction button, in the middle of the speak bar, will bring up the Prowise central menu. This quick access menu provides links to the active apps, a screen casting shortcut, source input options, volume control, panel settings, where you can control audio and display settings, and the power icon to shut down the board.

Three icons are always visible on the side of the Prowise screen. The pencil opens the integrated digital inking tools. The home button returns the Prowise to the home screen, and the three dots, or ellipsis, opens the Prowise quick access menu.

When using the remote control, you'll find it has many functions that are similar to the onscreen controls. Some additional functions include the Prowise icon button will bring up or hide the main menu, allowing you to adjust for specific menu settings. Navigation keys to move through the onscreen menus, and okay to confirm an action. The volume up and down buttons and the mute button will silence the speakers. The cogwheel to open or close the input list. The rectangle icon will turn the screen black, hiding your content. Above this, is the button to freeze your current display. This allows you to perform other actions or tasks on your connected device without your class or audience viewing. Don't forget to make sure you keep your remote in a handy place for you to access.
