Join us for a face-to-face, hands on workshop designed by the Digital Support Team specifically for school office and support staff.

During the two sessions we will cover:

Navigating the Cloud:

An introduction to cloud storage

  • desktop apps and sharing
  • basic cloud workflows
  • recovering deleted files
  • creating and accessing a shared workspace – examples, considerations, first steps

Microsoft Outlook:

Productivity and features

  • Outlook: Web, Desktop, and new Outlook
  • communication tools: folder organisation, rules, distribution lists, @mentions
  • enhanced email features: signatures, link sharing, scheduled emails, read receipts
  • calendar integration: easy scheduling, sharing external calendar integration
