Transcript of the 'Drawing tools in Google Jamboard' video.

This is the transcript for 'Drawing tools in Google Jamboard' video.

Hi. In this video, you'll learn how to use the drawing tools in Google Jamboard. One of the simplest things you can do in the Jam is to draw, whether it's to sketch out a concept, draw a diagram to explain something, or just illustrate an idea.

Sketching and drawing is one of those super useful things you can do. You'll find the drawing tools at the top of the toolbar here on the left. Clicking the button will reveal four different drawing tools: pen, marker, highlighter, and brush. Each one draws or paints a different kind of line. Experiment with them and see which you prefer. As well as the type of pen, you can also choose from six colours. Remember, when you select the drawing tool, be sure to choose both the type of tool and the colour you want. After you select your drawing tool, just click and drag on the frame to draw. It's that simple.

If you can use Jamboard on a Chromebook or tablet or computer with a touch screen, drawing is even easier. If you have a lot of people working together in the same Jam, it can get a little crazy, but you'll get used to it. If you draw something and then want to get rid of it, you can use the undo button at the top of the screen. Pressing it more than once will undo the last thing you've drawn. It's also good to know that the undo button only undoes your work and not the work of other students.

There's also an eraser tool that can be used to rub out any lines that have been drawn, but be careful with this one. It can rub out any lines, including ones that were drawn by your classmates and not you. So play nice, okay

So there you go. That's the drawing tools in Jamboard. Go play with them. We'll see you in the next video.
