In this video, we'll look at how to schedule emails to send at a specific time using your Microsoft Outlook desktop application.
Once you've drafted your email and you're ready to send, click on the small drop-down arrow to the right of the Send button. Then select Schedule send. You will then be presented with some suggested scheduled times to choose from. If these times do not suit your needs, choose Custom time. Select your desired day from the calendar and time, then click Send. Your window will then disappear and your email is scheduled to send.
To review this email, you can find it in your Drafts folder in Outlook. You'll notice that the scheduled information is at the top of the screen.
