To access Creative Cloud desktop apps on your personal device, you will first need to head to your portal. Select "Edit my essentials", then scroll down to "Add new essential", search for "Adobe Creative Cloud" and select "Add". It will now appear in your portal and you will be able to launch it from there. If you are prompted, sign in. If you are staff, type in your @det.nsw.edu.au address, and students will need to sign in with their @education.nsw.gov.au email address. If you are asked to select which account, ensure you select the "Company or School Account" option. On the left side menu, select "Apps". Ensure you are on the Desktop tab in the middle of the screen and select Install for any of the apps you wish to download.
Once your app is downloaded, open it and hit "Sign in" in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Again, staff will use their @det email address and students will use their @education email address. Hit "Continue", and ensure you select the "Company or School Account" option if asked. Next, sign into your portal as usual. You will know that you are logged in correctly by clicking on the circle in the top right-hand corner and you will see your name and correct email address.
