To access Creative Cloud desktop apps on your work or school device, you will first need to ensure that the app is installed onto your device. This will involve being pushed from the UDM. If you are in a school, ask your computer coordinator for support on this, or downloading from the company portal, if you are an education support staff member.
You will also need to ensure that you have logged in correctly. Open the app you wish to use and hit "Sign in" the top right-hand corner of the screen. If you are staff, type in your @det.nsw.edu.au email address. Students will need to sign in with their @education.nsw.gov.au email address.
Next, sign into your portal as usual. Continue through the security process, then hit "Continue". If you are asked to select which account, ensure you select the "Company or School Account" option. You will know that you are correctly logged in by clicking on the circle in the top right-hand corner, and you will see your name and correct email address.
