Hi there. In this video we will look at how to change the primary user in Intune. This will allow that user to utilise the company portal to instal applications, as well as enable other features. It's important to note that whoever enrolled the device is automatically the primary user. In a browser window, open the Intune console and click on the Devices tab on the top left-hand corner of the screen. Click All devices and select the device to change the primary user.
Under the heading, Manage, click the Properties button. In the middle of the screen, click the blue button, Change primary user. In the search box, type in the name of the user you want to make the primary user then tick the checkbox next to the correct username and click, Select. Click, Save, in the property's window to save the new primary user. It may take up to 10 minutes for the update to take place.
