Hi, there. In this video we will show you how to create and assign a label for a device or group of devices. At the top of the CDM console window, click the Site Administration drop-down arrow and select Site Customisations.

Scroll down to Labels and click the hamburger icon on the right-hand side of the screen. In the box, Add an item, type a name for the label you wish to create, then click the plus icon.

At the bottom of the list of labels, click Confirm changes. After reviewing the changes, click Confirm Request. To assign a label, return to the CDM console window and click the Devices tab. Scroll to search for the devices or simply type into the Filter box to refine your search where you can add multiple filters.

Select the devices you want to add the label to by ticking the checkbox. Click Actions then Site Customisation. On the right-hand side of the screen, click the pencil icon next to Labels.

Select the labels you wish to give the devices, then click Confirm Selection. After reviewing the changes, click Confirm Request.
