Hi there. In this video, we'll look at how to import a calendar from an ICS file into your Outlook Calendar. Open either the Microsoft Outlook desktop app or the web app accessed through the portal and navigate to the Calendar.
Open File Explorer and then split your screen so you can see both the Outlook Calendar window and the File Explorer window.
Handy tip: press the Windows button and the Left or Right arrow at the same time to split your screen in half. In the File Explorer window, locate the ICS file of the calendar you wish to import, then drag and drop it into the calendar screen. Use the dropdown arrow to select the calendar that you wish to import the file into, and then click Import.
