Why not create a notebook for your class assessment record? Here, you can see each member of the class has his or her own section and some pages attached. You can add any kind of formative or summative data in any format you like. Image, audio file, typed notes, or handwritten notes. You can even quickly annotate the student's work. Just think how much easier this will make report writing for you. This is just one suggestion for how Microsoft OneNote can make your life easier.
