Saving Excel Workbook, Microsoft Word document or Microsoft PowerPoint presentation as a PDF can be done in the Files tab of these applications. Just select File and then Print. From the Printer menu, choose Microsoft Print to PDF, and then Print. If prompted, select the bottom option, and then Print. You can then save your document as a PDF in your location of choice.
