Transcript of 'CDM - Adding a mapped network drive' video

This is the transcript of 'CDM - Adding a mapped network drive' video.

Speaker 1:

Hi there. In this video, we'll look at how to add a mapped network drive into CDM. This only applies to those schools which still use the on-site ETFRL server for file storage and have not migrated their data fully into the cloud.

At the top of the CDM console window, click the Site Administration drop-down arrow, and select Site Customisations. Scroll down to Map Network Drive, and click the hamburger icon on the right-hand side of the screen.

In the box, add an item, first, choose a letter for the drive letter mapping. Then type the network path for the network drive you wish to map using the format at the bottom of the screen.

Replace the four nines for your school code. Click the plus icon. Then at the bottom of the list of network drives, click Confirm Changes. After reviewing the changes, click Confirm Request.
