T4L rollout order process

This year’s ordering portal has changed from previous years. The ordering portal is open for two weeks only. Your school order can be submitted any time before COB on Friday 3 December 2021.

Depending on who is completing the order form, there may be a few steps to complete before gaining access to the form. 

Please read all the information below to ensure you can submit your order before COB on Friday 3 December 2021.

Who at the school can access the T4L rollout order form?

The new order form is built on the SCOUT platform. You must meet the following prerequisites:

• Be a member of at least one of the following groups: school principal, relieving principal, school sub-executive, relieving sub-executive, TSO (technology support officer), or ICT Plus user/s. 
• Be a current user of SCOUT at your school, or have completed the online SCOUT security mandatory training course via MyPL (approximately 30 minutes).

Please note, you will only be able to access the order from for school/s that contribute to your salary. 

If you can access your school’s T4L rollout order form, you can save, revisit and modify your order as necessary, view the history of past saves, and submit the final order.

I am unable to access the T4L rollout order form

If the above message appears, you do not have access to the form. Please DO NOT REQUEST ACCESS, you will need to either complete the below steps or work with someone at your school that already has access. 

1. Completion of the online SCOUT security mandatory training course via MyPL - (approximately 30 minutes)
2. Principal approval granted for ICT Plus access for your school via Manage Staff Access or AMU

Access to a particular school’s form will only be granted if the school is contributing to your salary. If you feel you should be able to access a specific school's order form and do not see it listed, please check that it appears on your pay slip in SAP.  

If you are working across multiple NSW public schools, you may be able to save and complete the order form for more than one site.

If a school appears on your pay slip in SAP and you cannot access the order form, please contact the SCOUT support team via Scout.Support@det.nsw.edu.au.
