Why not sign up for this exciting professional learning opportunity on offer from the Minecraft Education Edition Team, the Esports Teacher Academy.
The academy is designed to build your coaching skills, spark innovative thinking around school based Esports and support you to consider initiatives to build an Esports program at your school.
The Esports Teacher Academy will run for one hour daily from August 16th to August 19th and will include both live and web-based modalities.
The sessions will cover the following range of topics, including:
Creating an Esports curriculum
Developing Esports club culture and community
Leveling up your play - mastering social and emotional learning in Esports
Coaching K12 Esports - best practices
Participants who complete the Esports Teacher Academy will earn the Microsoft Esports Leader designation and badge, access to a global network of esports leader educators and expertise with Minecraft: Education Edition esports and build challenges.
