Designing in Minecraft Education Edition (M:EE) for students – Digital incursion

Have you seen the latest edition of T4L Kids Magazine? It is all about designing in Minecraft Education Edition (M:EE)! To support you and your students on this journey join Minecraft guru Andrew Balzer in this 1 hour hands on Digital Incursion just for students!

In this 1-hour session students will:

  • Learn top tips and tricks to enhance their creations in M:EE
  • Understand the assessment and recording tools in M:EE such as the book and quill, portfolio, camera and more
  • Discover the power of immersive reader for personalised learning within M:EE
  • Master how to record their creations using PowerPoint Screen recorder
  • Understand the importance of backing up their worlds and creations to Online storage
  • Lastly, how to export evidence of their learning into Word, PowerPoint and other useful classroom applications

To make the most out of this session your students will need:

  • A device with M:EE installed and be logged on and ready to create and learn! (Find out more about M:EE and how to install on this intranet site)
  • An active license for M:EE which you can obtain for yourself and your students using this form
  • The latest edition of T4L Kids Magazine open in their web browser

Plus we recommend having the webinar showing on a standalone machine or projector to enable your students to actively follow along on their device
