This week, you will meet Brad Tucker, an Astrophysicist and Cosmologist from the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics. Brad leads programs using the NASA Kepler Space Telescope to understand why and how stars blow up. He’s also building a network of ultraviolet telescopes in the upper atmosphere, a search to find the elusive Planet 9!
In this session Brad will break down barriers and misconception as he explores why our seasons occur.
Lesson plans and resources will be available in the stem.T4L Learning Library from board 1084. Make sure you visit this board before the session to ensure you and your students have all the resources you need to participate.
