In this whole day Microsoft Teams Academy, participants will discover the power of Teams as adigital learning hub that empowers teachers to deliver instruction, enhance learning, and interact in a rich and engaging online space.
Participants will engage in a series of immersive learning activities to build a strong understanding of how to use Microsoft Teams to improve instruction and meet the learning needs of their students.
In this workshop, participants will:
understand how to create a Microsoft Teamin Office 365
build awareness of the multiple functions of Microsoft Teams.
practice using Teams as an extension of classroom learning/or as a tool for efficient faculty or team leadership.
explore synchronous and asynchronous features to support learning in Teams.
Completing the Microsoft Teams Academy workshop will contribute 5 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Registered PD addressing 2.6.2 and 3.4.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
