Have you read The Digital Lives of Aussie Teens?
This recently-released report from the eSafety Commissioner unpacks the relationship between teenagers and time spent online. You can read the full report here. The survey is based on data collected from students in September 2020. The report was released on Safer Internet Day, 9 Februrary 2021.
Could you share the findings with your secondary students?
We are asking teachers to share the report – or parts of the report most pertinent – with students. The discussion and findings with teenagers will form an essential response to this report. T4L and the NSW Department of Education is hoping that this information sharing can be captured in the form of a blog/infographic/short film or other – for more on how to do that, read on.

Select the most relevant info for your audience - perhaps a snapshot of info would work well
Capture your findings in whatever format you prefer: in an infographic, on a podcast, on a Google Site, short film or blog post
